  19. This seems to be common with these monitors. Normally caused
  20. by bad solder joints between the flyback transformer and the circuit
  21. board.

  23. But be careful if you try to fix it yourself. Dangerous high
  24. voltages may be present, even after the monitor has been
  25. disconnected from mains.
